Oddmall: Expedition Elsewhere

Vendor Setup Information: Vendors may begin arriving at 9am on Saturday. The show begins at noon. Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs. The building will be locked overnight.

Oddmall: Emporium of the Weird

VENDOR SETUP INFORMATION

Vendors may arrive beginning at 2pm on Friday. You may enter either through the main hotel lobby or the doors on the south side of the building (between the two buildings). Setup will resume on Saturday at 8am. Vendors do not have to be there on Friday – it’s a bonus preview night.

Chairs are provided at no extra cost. The hotel also has a limited number of tables we can borrow but vendors are encouraged to bring their own if possible because there aren’t enough for everyone.

There will be a (newly announced) preview show Friday evening from 6pm until 10pm. Vendors may setup during this time but the show will be open to visitors as well.

Food Trucks: Please make sure you are licensed to operate in Ohio and Stark county. Health inspectors will most likely be onsite to inspect your vehicle before the show begins. All food trucks must be self-sufficient as the hotel does not provide electricity or water.

Oddmall: Inside Out
Date: May 16-17, 2026

Vendor Setup Information: Vendors may begin setting up at 4pm on Friday and at 7am on Saturday and at 10am on Sunday. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, tents, etc… Outdoor vendors may drive right up to their booth for setup. Indoor vendors may also drive into the building to unload, provided it doesn’t get too crowded. We will have staff onsite to direct you. Teardown begins at 5pm on Sunday.

If you are using a tent you must make sure it is properly weighted and secured.

Camping is allowed overnight onsite.

FOOD TRUCKS

Food Truck Setup: Please plan to be set up and ready for inspection at least one hour prior to the show so we can make sure everything is properly placed and the health inspector can do their job efficiently.

Electricity and Water: Please keep in mind there is a $75 fee if you will be using the electrical hookups provided by the venue. There is no fee if you are providing your own electricity or not using electricity at all. Water is available onsite. Nevertheless, all food trucks and food vendors must be able to operate self-sufficiently and independent of outside water and electricity if the need arises.

Menus and Feeding the Vendors: We have about 200 vendors at this show and many of them will be stuck at their booths starving and lamenting that they can’t leave to visit you awesome people. I encourage you to print menus that we can give to the vendors so they can place orders by text or phone, either to make their wait in line quicker or to have their food delivered to their booth if you have the means to do so.

Most ODDsome Food Truck Contest: We will be offering a free food truck space at a future Oddmall show to the winner of the Food Truck taste test. If you wish to participate we request a donation of four sample meals (whatever items you want to submit for judgement – one for each judge) so we can make an informed decision. Participation is voluntary and you are under no obligation to give free food to the judges (although you won’t qualify to win if you don’t participate). The judges will have some obvious way to mark themselves as such and will approach each of you at a random time. If you do not with to participate please just let the judges know when they arrive.

Vendor Setup Information: Vendors may arrive beginning at 9:00am on Saturday. Please check in with Andy when you arrive. I should be set up on Market Street near Lincoln Way (or zooming around on my scooter). Spots will be chosen as vendors arrive. If you are using a tent or canopy please make sure it is properly weighted.

Akron Pickle Fest

Vendor Setup Information: Vendors setup begins at 7:00am. We will begin by filling up the Food Trucks 01 and Vendors 03 zones. Please approach the pink X by traveling south on Main Street and we will organize you from there. Once Zone 01 is full we will begin organizing Zones 02-04. To access these zones please drive down the service road next to State Street designated by the blue arrow.

Please make sure all tents are weighted and secured. Food trucks will have limited access to electricity, so please let us know if you require electricity when you arrive. Please bring extra long extension cords.

Vendor Setup Information: Vendors may begin arriving at 7am on Sunday. You will select your plop of land when you arrive. Our booths will be on the grassy areas, so please bring tent stakes or weights to keep potential winds at bay. Please check in at the Oddmall booth or with a staff member when you arrive. Give your neighbors a high five and make some new friends.

This is a bare booth event so you are responsible for bringing your own tables, chairs, tents, etc…

Vendor Setup Information: Vendors my begin setting up Thursday at 9am. If you can’t make it Thursday, that’s ok. Just come when you can. Please check in with Kevin in the vendor hall when you arrive. The hotel has tables available but not enough for everyone, so if you can bring your own please do. Ancillary booth vendors must bring their own tables. Chairs are provided.

Food Trucks please pull up to the southeast corner of the building and we will direct you from there. Food trucks must be able to provide their own electricity and water if needed.

Akron Pug Fest

Vendor Setup Information: Vendors setup begins at 8:00am.

We will be setting up in the plaza at the bottom of Lock 3. Please drive your vehicle down the service road between Lock 3 and the Rubberducks stadium (just south of W State Street). You may drive your vehicle to your booth to unload (until it gets too full to accommodate cars) and then please park in any downtown public lots. Please make sure all tents are weighted and secured.

Vendor Setup Information: Vendor setup begins at 12pm on Friday and at 9am on Saturday. Tables and chairs are provided as needed for indoor vendors. Outdoor vendors must be sure to properly weight and secure all tents. Tables and chairs are provided inside for anybody who wants them.

Food Vendors: All food vendors should be set up and prepared for inspection by 4pm on Friday.

Oddmall: Symphony in Geek Major

Vendor Setup Information: Vendors may begin setting up at 1:30pm. Vendors should enter through the main front entrance. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and chairs. Each vendor booth comes with two tickets for the symphony in the balcony ($70 value), which is specially reserved for Oddmall vendors.

Date: December 13th-15th, 2024

Vendor Setup Information: Vendor setup will begin at 2pm on Friday and continue throughout the preview show until 10pm. Setup will then begin again at 7am on Saturday.

Vendors may enter through the doors on the south side of the building (where the food trucks are) or the main lobby entrance of the hotel. If you have not yet made discounted hotel reservations and wish to do so please call the Bertram at 330-995-0200 and tell them you are with Oddmall.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, although chairs are provided. There are a few tables available if you don’t have one but please bring your own if you can.

Food trucks will be setting up in the loading area, so let’s all work together to avoid congestion. All food trucks must be able to be self-sufficient regarding electricity and water.

Don’t forget about the parties! Friday night at 9pm begins the pajama party and the costume party is Saturday at 8pm.
