Zombiepalooza at a glance
- WHAT: Young’s Art Center in Fairview Heights, Ohio is hosting a sweet, zombie-themed, pre-Halloween event inside their digs and in the adjacent parking lot. Oddmall vendors will be outside in the parking lot selling awesome stuff and zombie-ing it up. Its going to be sweet!

- WHEN WHEN: Saturday 10am-6pm (followed by the Thriller Dance and Zombie Walk).

- HOW MUCH: While entry is FREE donations are appreciated.
- HOW: Shamble like a zombie. Walk like an Egyptian. Drive a car like a different Egyptian.

Jazz Unique to Zombiepalooza
- Zombie Makeup! Come to the event in your zombie makeup or Halloween costume or have your makeup done by our team of Zombieteers (trademark pending, all rights reserved, not approved for street use in some localities, check box bottom for details and nutrition information).
- THRILLER! This is THRILLER! Join fellow zombies in a live-action reproduction of Michael Jackson’s famous THRILLER video (or just watch, if that’s your thing). The event is at 6:00pm, followed by the Zombie Walk.
- Trick and/or Treat! Come in costume and get free candy and goodies from participating vendors!.
- ZOMBIE WALK! Freak our (or out-freak) the squares by participating in this parade of the undead. Participants will don their zombie makeup and costumes and wander the streets of Fairview Square. Do it all day long and participate in the organized event at 6:30 pm.
- ZOMBIE YOGA! It’s kind of just what it sounds like, I think…
- Young’s Art Center! This event is hosted by Young’s Art Center. Come on inside and see the fascinating creations on display. In addition to the 20 outdoor Oddmall vendor booths, a limited number of indoor vendor tables are available. For information about vending inside please contact Chris Young at (216) 370-2414. 11:30am Family & individual costume recognition
12pm Fairview Park PTA Costume Parade begins
1:30pm-2:30pm Zombie Yoga in gallery area
2:30pm Dollars for Dares begins (winners announced at 6pm)
2:45pm-3:15 Author will be reading excerpts from her new book. (Zombie unicorns and stuff)
5pm Zombie Dance Practice
6:15pm Zombie Dance the Horde will gather and dance to Michaels Jackson’s Thriller. Don’t know the steps? No worries, just follow our Zombie dance leader.
6:30pm Zombie Horde takes to the street and walk down Lorain Rd. We will be making our way down the sidewalk. Remember it will be dark so be sure to wear something reflective, light-colored clothing or use lights or LED strips to make yourself visible for safety as well as to draw attention to the horde.
Vendor Information
Vendors will choose their booths onsite on a first-come-first-served basis (is that hyphenation correct?). Due to space constraints this show is limited to 16 outdoor vendors.
